How does VisitTracker work?
Care workers make a phone call from the client's landline telephone at the start and
end of each visit.
The phone system prompts the care worker for information, that is keyed using the
touch-pad of the phone.

At the start and end of each visit, the care worker rings a
freephone number using the client's telephone.

The phone system answers the call and prompts the care
worker for their PIN

The care worker enters their 5-digit PIN using the telephone keypad

If required, the phone system prompts the care worker for the client's PIN
|
|
|
The care worker enters the 5-digit client-PIN if required

|
The phone system prompts the care worker for the service code:
Visit start or visit end
|
|
|
The care worker enters the service code
1 - Visit Start, 2 - Visit End
