VisitTracker
VisitTracker is an online monitoring, timesheets and reporting
system for homecare that enables you to monitor care in real-time.

|
|
VisitTracker tracks care as it is being delivered in real-time.
Care workers use the client's telephone to call a freephone
number that connects them through to a phone system.
The phone system prompts the care worker for information which they
input using the touchpad on the phone.

VisitTracker is not just about tracking the delivery of care.
It is also about saving time and money through improved efficiency.
Saving time processing timesheets.
Saving care worker time, administration time, management time
and streamlining processes. It is about having accurate, reliable
information at the touch of a button. Hopefully replacing paper
timesheets altogether. It will provide information that will
help you manage your business and your finances.
You will improve the safety of your care workers
as you will know where they are day and night.
Clients will benefit as their care can be monitored in
real-time and alerts can be raised when visits are
late. It provides flexibility to you to work at the office,
on the move or at home.

The web site provides access to the data 24/7. The web site is
where the care worker and client details
are set up, and where you can view the growing number of reports -
currently there are over 20 reports.
Reports by care worker, client or service commissioner; by day
week or month and in summary or
detail format. Plus a suite of management reports.

You may wonder why you would choose Visit Tracker.
Firstly VisitTracker is fully hosted,
fully online and uses voice over internet telephone calls,
so you don't have up-front capital expenses,
and costs are very low compared to similar (answered) systems.
Secondly, the system answers the calls.
Answering the calls has several benefits...
- It identifies the care worker who is doing the call, and not the care worker
who is supposed to do the call.
- It also identifies the client if needed, so that the system will work
via a mobile phone in the case where a client has no landline telephone, or where
phones are shared.
- Service codes for visit start and visit end are set up already, but other service codes
can be configured, with other meanings, to meet your needs.
- Answered calls also means you are in dialogue with the care worker, and as part of that
dialogue, the care worker can receive and send messages.
Thirdly, our phone system and web site were developed in-house, so we can offer tailored phone and
web functionality.
