Alerts
Ensure care is received on time,
help reduce missed visits and
improve quality of service with
real-time alerts add-on.
Alerts will help you to ensure that care is being received,
and within a certain time period. If a visit is overdue after
a certain time, then the system will raise an alert.
You decide who you want to alert and how. Emails or text
messages can be sent to members of staff, carers, clients
or their relatives or to noone.
The alerts are also recorded on the system so when an
alert is raised, it is recorded and the
visit record flashs on the screen.
Alerts are initially set as opened, and it is up to staff
to close the alerts as soon as possible. When an alert is
closed, the person who closes it, and the time are logged.
Alerts can be escalated if they
are still open after a period of time.
There is a time delay before an alert is raised. You can
set this up how you choose. You can use different time
delays for different clients, teams or times of the day.
