By adding monitoring to VisitPlanner you can reduce paper work, save time, ensure care is received, have accurate, up-to-date information.

What is Tracked?

Monitoring records the same basic information as a paper timesheet with a few extras, and holds it in electronic form:
  • Client
  • Care worker
  • Start time
  • End time
  • Duration
  • Travel time
  • Lateness
  • Travel distance (optional)

Save Time

Save time processing timesheets by administrators. Further savings can be made if staff are paid by actual hours of care delivered. Care workers can also save time filling in and collating timesheets.

Answered Calls Means Less Administration

Phone calls are answered by the system and the carer has to enter their own PIN. This identifies the c arer on each visit and reduces administration compared to un-answered systems.
