Once a regular visit has been set up, it can be easily
extended. You just select the new end date
and it creates all the individual visit records required.
Another option is to set the visits to renew automatically
a number of weeks in advance.

The timesheet data entry screen is for keying timesheets
manually. You can see the planned visit time alongside
the actual visit time as you enter it.
Ad-hoc visits (visits that are not planned) can be entered
and do not require a planned record to be in place.
The system design keeps planned and actual data separate.
This gives more flexibility for example for ad-hoc visits.

|
The system will try its best to match real-time visits
with planned visits, but where discrepancies arise, these
either need to be manually fixed up or remain as ad-hoc
and missed visits.

|
|
Visit records are color-coded on the screens, which allows
you to identify 'planned', 'completed',
'assigned', 'unassigned', 'in progress' etc.
|
|
|
If using real-time monitoring and alerts, any visit record
with an alert raised flashes on the screen so it can be
easily identified.
