VisitPlanner is an online scheduling, timesheets and reporting
system for domiciliary or homecare.
It integrates with our own real-time monitoring and alerts
that are built in-house.

You can set up regular visits quickly and easily
with a straight-forward step by step process.
You can select the carer to do the visits or
assign the visit to a run. You can also leave
un-assigned and allocate later.
You may prefer to allocate staff manually,
in which case you would leave un-assigned.

It is easier to assign visits to runs and then
assign thise runs to carers.
This reduces the administration required when
plans are changed, staff are sick etc.
Two screens allow you to allocate staff to runs and
allocate runs to staff.

You don't have complicated rotas to set up.
You only have to assign carers to runs.
Once you set up the runs by individual carers,
this pattern can quickly be extended into the
future saving a lot of administration time.
