TimesheetsOnline allows you to store and retrieve
timesheet information using a web-based, multi-user,
hosted system. Once your timesheets are keyed, there
are multiple views and reports which allow you to see
the data in the format that you want.
The system is online and available 24/7 which gives you
greater flexibility to work from the office,
at home or on the move. You are not restricted to
a single user access as many people can access
the system at the same time.

Key your timesheet information with an easy to use data-entry layout.
You select the day or week on the calendar, and
just enter the following fields:
- Day (pre-populated)
- Carer
- Start Time
- End Time
Once entered the system calculates duration, travel time, travel distance as required etc.

Once you have keyed the timesheet information, you and your
colleagues can look it in many different views on screen.
Timesheet Screen
Lets you see the information as you keyed it in by day or week.
Calendar View
Shows visit records by day, week or month, by carer or client.
Visits are colour coded.
Day View
Gives a snapshot of one day, for all clients or carers.
Visit Detail Screen
Shows more detailed information for each visit.

There are multiple reports which allow you to view the timesheet information
in many ways:
- By client
- By carer
- By day, week or month
- Detailed layouts showing each visit
- Summary layouts with 1 line per day
Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, downloaded as '.pdf' files
or downloaded as Excel spreadsheets for manual processing.
Color coding within the reports allows certain information to be highlighted.
Drill-down items can either hide unwanted data or allow more detailed
information to be displayed with the click of a button.
