Answer:
1. Check "Caps-Lock" is not on.
2. Your account may be locked out - if you have had too many unsuccessful attempts at logging in, your account will
get locked out. Another user will have to unlock your account by selecting Settings -> Unlock User, entering your username
and clicking Unlock.
The Unlock User option may have restriced access.
