Tracker Lite
Our entry-level home care monitoring solution, Tracker Lite provides
attendance verification, but with only one call per visit, the focus is more
towards traceability and non-attendance alerts rather than accurate time-keeping.
Visit duration can be entered via a code, if required.

Travel Tracker is an add-on module that calculates travel distances between visits,
using GPS co-ordinates, in order to improve efficiency.
It will provide a measure of route efficiency and will be used to produce accurate
mileage allowances for staff.

Our communications module will enable you to send email, text and voice messages to your staff
and customers.

Alerts
Our alerts module enables alerts to be triggered when certain events occur.
It is primarily for ensuring a visit is completed by a certain time. Alerts can also be for
improving care worker safety. Critical alerts can be escalated. Alerts can be raised on the system,
via email or via text.
