Acovox provides two electronic monitoring solutions to track the delivery of care. The solutions are telephone-based and involve the care worker using the service user's phone to call a free-phone number that verifies the care worker is on-site.

  • "Visit Tracker Lite" - with one phone call per visit, is our entry level system which gives traceability, accountability, on-site/attendance verification. Plus it opens the door for other electronic functions such as alerts.
  • "Visit Tracker" - is our full tracking system that records visit start times and end times with two phone calls per visit. This is the modern equivalent of paper-timsheets.

Both solutions will enable you to track the delivery of care to your service users. A web site will give you access to the information 24/7 in real-time. A growing suite of reports will allow you to report on and analyse the data in many different formats.

You can save time collating and processing timesheets by care workers and administrators. Processes can be streamlined and information can be obtained at the touch of a button. You can save money on your current monitoring, as you staff will require less supervision.

Your staff will be safer as you will know where they are throughout the day or night. Service users will also be safer, as their care can be monitored remotely in real-time. Alerts can be raised if visits are missed or late, enabling them to be dealt with on the day.

The use of telephone technology means you are benefiting from the supposed "five-nines" reliability of the phone system. The phone call contains a 'CallerId' which essentially verifies that the care worker is actually on site, using the service user's phone.
