Visit Tracker is an electronic monitoring system for domiciliary or home care organisations. It monitors care as it is being delivered in real-time. The system is telephone-based and uses the service user's phone to prove the care worker is actually in the client's home.

Visit Tracker Advantages

A Low Cost, Hosted, Online Service
Our system is fully hosted, and fully online. It uses the latest technology that has low running costs, and low call costs. Web technology and 'Voice Over Internet' telephony. Hosted technology means you have no up-front capital expenditure, and no expensive hardware or software to purchase and maintain. Data is managed for you centrally.

For In-House, or External Provision
Visit Tracker is designed more towards the service provider, as it provides care worker and client identification, through a telephone dialog. It is designed to operate from landline phones or mobile phones where a landline is not available. It also operates from a shared phone. It is ideal for local authority or health trust in-house operations, or for external homecare provision. You can either own the system and allow service providers access to it, or the service providers can own the system and permit you access to the data online, or via verified reports.

Verification (On-site / Full) We provide 'On-Site' verification that indicates the care worker was on-site, using the client's phone. We also have 'Full' verification, which indicates that a care worker used the client's landline phone to log the start and end of the visit. Reports show a breakdown of which visits are fully verified just onsite or not verified.

Fully Developed in-house
Visit Tracker has been fully developed in-house, including the phone system. This means we are not reliant on third parties for enhancements, and can provide tailored telephone services as well as tailored web enhancements.

Advantages of Telephone Technology The use of "telephone technology" means you are benefiting from the supposed "five-nines" reliability of the phone system. The phone call contains a 'CallerId' which verifies that the care worker is actually using the client's landline telephone. You are not reliant on rechargeable batteries, you don't need to pay for expensive high-tech gadgetry, you just use the service user's phone.

Visit Tracker is our core product, but we have plans to develop many add-on features that will provide further functionality and savings.

Tele-Medicine
Health Trusts may be interested in our tele-medicine services that will record medical data such as blood pressure, heart rate, glucose levels etc over the phone.

Visit Tracker is a tracking system and currently has no scheduling or rostering capability. It is our intention to provide an online interface (web service) to enable systems to integrate with our data, but we will also be developing our own online "Visit Planner" feature.
