Low-Cost
"Voice Over Internet" telephony means low telephony and call costs. Our phone costs are so low that
we include them in the price of the system.
Flexibility
Our phone system has been developed in-house so it can be tailored to your needs. It is an
answered service (as opposed to an un-answered service), which provides care worker identification
and greater flexibility. We have two service codes which mean "Visit Start" and "Visit End", but we
can easily add more (eg for lone worker safety).

A system couldn't be simpler to use or easier to set up. You can be up and running in hours.
Minimal information needs to be set up for each care worker and client.

Our phone system has been developed 100% in-house, which gives us the ability to provide rich telephone
functionality, and bespoke telepone-based enhancements to meet your needs. From voice messaging,
alerts, notifications, reminders, configurable service codes, text messaging, email messaging,
instant messaging, our range of possible functionality is endless.
Custom filters
Our custom filters functionality allows you to categorise records or reports in any way you please.
Whether you want to categorise your care workers or clients by team, region, zone, shoe size or hair colour,
the choice is yours. And you can set up as many filters as you wish. Custom Filters version 2 will
include sub-categories as well. This means that the suite of reports has an infinite number of options.
Reports
Even without the custom filters, we have around 30 versions of reports, including reports by care worker;
reports by client; and reports by service commissioner. Each report has detail and summary versions and
can be displayed by day, week or month. Reports can be exported to Excel for further processing, or can
be downloaded in pdf format.
In comparison to an unanswered system
An unanswered system verifies that a care worker is on site, but doesn't verify who the care worker is!
Unanswered systems are cheaper in terms of call costs, however without being able to prompt for
information, leaves the unanswered system restriced. For example, it cannot
work if two care workers arrive at the same time, or if a client has no phone. Essentially an unanswered
system will require further manual processing. VisitTracker can function fully over the phone if
data is entered correctly, without requiring any manual processing.
Latest Technology
We use the latest technology for our telephone system and we use the latest development
tools. Our solutions are web based, hosted and the calls are incredibly low cost.
The phone system is state of the art and utilises "Voice Over IP" to keep costs low and
give custom telephony enhancements.
