What is tracked and why?
|
|
- Visit start time
Indicates the exact time the visit started. This also indicates the time a care worker starts a shift
or starts back to work after a break.
-
Visit end time
This is the time the visit finished. It also indicates when a care worker finishes a shift,
breaks for lunch etc.
-
Visit duration
Visit duration is calculated using the above times.
-
Carer Identification
Each carer has a unique 5 digit user-id. By identifying the care worker we can
produce accurate reports based on care worker.
-
Client Identification
Each client has a unique 5 digit client-id. By identifying the client we can
produce accurate reports based on client.
-
Caller-Id
Each telephone call contains a caller-id that the system picks up.
The caller-id is the calling telephone number, and in the case of the service
user, it is the service user's telephone number. By matching the caller-id to
the client's telephone number in the database we are able to determine
if the care worker is in the client's house.
If the client-id and caller-id match we set verification flags...
-
Location Verified or On-Site Verified
The "Location Verified" flag is set if at least one of the calls came from
the service user's home.
-
Fully Verified
The "Fully Verified" flag is set if both of the calls came from
the service user's home. "Fully Verified" means both location and visit duration are verified.
