Acovox is a technology company, created by IT and tele-communications professionals with years of experience
building solutions for major institutions in Northern Ireland including the major banks
and tele-communications companies.
Phone System
We use a state of the art 'Voice Over Internet' telephone system which is
more cost effective than traditional telephone systems and more flexible.
The telephone system has been fully developed in-house us and we have total ownership and
control over its future development.

Access to the data is via our web site. This has many advantages:

- Clients need no costly hardware, just a device with internet access
- Data is managed centrally, and backed up regularly

We use the latest microsoft development environment (Visual Studio 2008), which enables us to develop and
enhance our system more easily.
